Abstract

A case of pleomorphic adenoma of the hard palate is presented, which, in spite of its benign histological features, showed an unusual destructive capacity. The tumour invaded the nose and both maxillary sinuses. No similar cases have been reported in the literature. The tumour could be enucleated through a palatal approach.
