[At the Tokyo Session of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Committee , held in May 1983, i t was decided to invite further comments from Member Governments and prepare the final text for the 1984 Session of the Committee. No major changes are anticipated , and some Governments have already begun to negotiate on the basis of the drafts.]
