Extract

President Joao Goulart signed the Decree regulating the Law covering remittance of profits abroad passed by the Congress. The Decree deals with foreign capital from the time of its registration with the Superintend ency of Currency and Credit to its investment in accordance with economic programs planned by Government agencies.
