A Bibliography of Articles in non-Scandinavian Languages 1963—1993 in Norwegian Legal Festschriften

Published online by Cambridge University Press:  28 February 2019

Extract

This bibliography contains contributions written in non-Scandinavian languages in Norwegian legal festschriften 1870–1993. For this period I have registered 69 legal festschriften. Thirteen contain contributions in non-Scandinavian languages.

These thirteen festschriften are listed first alphabetically, then the articles - systematically and alphabetically – with reference to the festschrift (e.g. «Castberg (1963)» refers to «Festskrift til Frede Castberg…»). Some articles are listed twice (some even three times) in the systematical list. Articles with two or three authors can be found under each author's name in the alphabetical list.
