Medición de la anhedonia

Resumen

Se revisan los instrumentos desarrollados para medir la anhedonia y se analizan sus propiedades psicométricas y el marco conceptual. La mayoría de los instrumentos se diseñaron considerando que la anhedonia es un síntoma de esquizofrenia o de depresión. Sólo se han investigado psicométricamente de manera extensa las Escalas de Anhedonia Física y Social de Chapman et al, diseñadas para medir una deficiencia de placer permanente y que se consideran relacionadas con la esquizofrenia, y en menor grado la Escala de Placer de Fawcett et al, diseñada para valorar un estado de déficit y que se considera que identifica un subtipo de depresión. Puesto que estábamos interesados en estudiar la anhedonia en la depresión, hicimos una traducción holandesa de la Escala de Placer de Fawcett-Clark. Informamos aquí sobre las propiedades psicométricas de esta versión traducida. Utilizando el modelo de Rasch para comprobar la homogeneidad y transferibilidad de la escala, demostramos que la escala original no se ajustaba al modelo. Se construyó una subescala de 14 elementos que sí lo hacía.
