She makes the interesting suggestion that Lucretius' criticism of Heraclitus, Empedocles, and Anaxagoras (i. 635 ff.) reflects each of these philosophers in its style. But her attempt to trace a positive Heraclitean influence on Lucretius seems to me to be mainly unsuccessful.
