A NEW FLEA-BEETLE FROM IOWA (SUBFAMILY HALTICINAE, FAMILY CHRYSOMELIDAE)

Extract

Form elongate oval, moderately convex. Colour bright blue-green with slight iridescence, purplish reflections predominant, shining. Antennae and legs rufotestaceous. Thorax and elytra finely but distinctly punctured, distinctly alutaceous.
