Die Zwillingspathologie der Vitiligo

Other than a specific case of concordant Vitiligo in MZ twins, the development of which has been followed for more than 11 years up to now, MZ twins suffering from Vitiligo have been described only three times. In all the four cases, three were concordant, one discordant; this last was accompanied by a discordant disorder of basal metabolism, by hyperhydrosis and exophtalmus. The greater degree of concordance found up to the present day, notably contrasts with the relative extreme rarity of familiar Vitiligo.

Oltre a un caso proprio di Vitiligo concordante in gemelli MZ, il cui sviluppo si è potuto seguire per oltre 11 anni, finora sono stati descritti solo 3 volte gemelli MZ con Vitiligo. Dei 4 casi in tutto, 3 erano concordanti, 1 discordante; quest'ultimo era associato ad un disturbo discordante del metabolismo basale, a iperidrosi e a esoftalmo. La maggioranza della concordanza finora riscontrata sta in notevole contraddizione alla comparsa in famiglie, relativamente rarissima, della Vitiligo.

RÉSUMÉ

En plus d'un cas particulier de Vitiligo concordant des jumeaux MZ lesquels ont pu être suivis dans leur développement pendant plus de 11 ans, on a décrit jusqu'à présent seulement 3 fois des jumeaux MZ avec Vitiligo. Des 4 cas en tout, 3 étaient concordants, 1 discordant; ce dernier se trouvait associé à un trouble discordant du métabolisme de base, à hyperhydrose et à exophtalme. La majorité de la concordance jusqu'à présent rencontrée se trouve en contradiction notable avec l'apparition, relativement rare, du Vitiligo dans des familles.

ZUSAMMENFASSUNG

Ausser einem eigenen Fall von konkordanter Vitiligo bei eineiigen Zwillingen, dessen Entwicklung über 11 Jahre hin verfolgt werden konnte, wurden bisher erst 3 mal eineiige Zwillinge mit Vitiligo beschrieben. Von den 4 Fällen insgesamt waren 3 konkordant, einer diskordant; der letztere war mit diskordanter Störung des Grundumsatzes, Hyperidrosis und Exophthalmus vergesellschaftet. Das bisherige Ueberwiegen der Konkordanz steht in auffallendem Widerspruch zu dem verhältnismässig recht seltenen familiären Auftreten der Vitiligo.
