Summary
In the overview of this section we described how Phuntshok’s story captures a flow of value through the different cycles in the framework. From a learning perspective, the flow did not end with her story. When she went back to a meeting of her international LOGIN network, other members were interested to hear more about what she had learned during her visit and how it had been useful to her. She told them her story. They were impressed by the results and felt gratified that a learning space organized by their network had contributed to such an outcome. This feeding back of her story into a shared learning space created what we call a learning loop.
