Summary
The framework’s value cycles provide categories for collecting effect data, but the framework does not dictate the method for gathering and analyzing data, which can be collected through questionnaires, surveys, interviews, or analytics. The choice of method to generate reliable effect data will depend on the scale of the project, the degree of rigor and systematicity required, and the availability of resources and expertise.
