Both electron microscope platforms can be equipped with Evex's award winning X-ray NanoAnalysis (EDX) system and high speed, light element liquid nitrogen free X-ray detectors for elemental identification and concentration.

The NanoAnalysis software also includes advanced imaging for particle counting, sizing and measurement. Also included is Evex's superior elemental mapping routines, which include “Fast Map” mapping at near video speeds, and index mapping, saving a spectrum at every pixel of the image.
