Summary
Chapter 7 advocates two reforms: unbundling and relabeling relevant statutes of the federal criminal code. The goal that propels these reforms – the production of more and more accurate information – remains the driving force of this chapter’s remaining two proposals; consolidation and grading of white-collar statutes.1
