Control system overhaul of the gas treatment area at ArcelorMittal CST coke plan

Abstract

The implementation of the control system overhaul in the gas treatment area in CST is reported. The former analogic system with local switches has been replaced by a Distributed Control System with electronic interfaces. The results achieved are presented.
