With this issue of the Journal of Linguistics we say goodbye to Hans van de Koot, who has been part of the editorial team since January 2017. Hans has been an excellent editor and a joy to work with. We thank him for his dedicated service to the Journal. We are very pleased that he will continue his connection with the journal as a member of the editorial board. We also extend a warm welcome to Adam Ledgeway (University of Cambridge), who joins the team as a new editor, and we look forward to working with him.
