Response of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) to graded doses of P and N on soils of different P and organic carbon fertility classes under rainfed conditions
Published online by Cambridge University Press: 27 March 2009
Summary
Results of experiments made on cultivators' fields under rainfed conditions show that response to P application decreased as available P status of soil increased. The response to N application was higher in low organic carbon soils than in medium organic carbon soils with all levels of application and the difference in response widened with increase in N level.
