Les emblèmes de la croix rouge et du croissant rouge sont la force et la faiblesse de notre Mouvement.

Ils sont sa force parce qu'ils sont le symbole visible et respecté du secours aux victimes de la guerre qui, depuis 125 ans, a permis d' apporter protection, assistance et chaleur humaine à des millions de blessés, de prisonniers, d'enfants, de families au travers des terribles conflits ayant embrasé notre planète comme jamais dans son histoire. Ils sont sa force parce qu'ils évoquent, dans le monde entier, une image positive, une image d'humanité et de compassion.
