[Reproduced from a text issued by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries on January 26, 1966. The O.P.E.C. press release of January 26, 1966, stated:

“The Tenth Conference of O.P.E.C. which convened in Vienna from December 14-17, 1965 adopted, among others, Resolution X.63 in support of the Government of Libya for the implementation of the amended Libyan Petroleum Law. The said Resolution at the time of adoption had an annex listing the names of those title-holder companies operating in Libya who had failed to undertake in writing to submit to the obligations of Articles 11 and 12 of the Royal Decree of November 22, 1965. Since the adoption of the above mentioned Resolution all title-holder companies have agreed to submit to the amended Libyan Petroleum Law and it was therefore found unnecessary to publish the said annex.”
