[The Agreement entered into force on November 28, 1975, with the exchange of Notes. The duration of the Agreement will be affected by the terms of Note III at page 47. In that Note, the Governments state that the Agreement may be suspended if Protocol No. 6 to the Agreement between the European Communities and the Republic of Iceland has not come into force within five months. Protocol No. 6 covers the special provisions applicable to imports of certain fish products into the Community.]
