[On June 9, 1970, the Thirteenth Meeting of Consultation of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Organization of American States adopted a resolution which took note of the El Salvador-Honduras agreement and requested the General Secretariat of the O.A.S. to help the Governments of El Salvador and Honduras implement t heplan for the security zone.

[As of November 9, 1970, the Thirteenth Meeting of Consultation had not adjourned; the seven-member committee of the Thirteenth Meeting of Consultation was preparing its ninth report on the progress toward pacification.
