1 As of January 12,1971, the Socialist Republic of Romania j ed the Agreement on the Establishment of the International Inviment Bank and became a member of the Bank. On January 22,1?Republic of Cuba and on May 20,1977 Socialist Republic of Vietnbecame members of the Bank.

2 The authorized capital was increased by 71.3 mln transfersrubles and now totals 1071.3 mln transferables rubles as thecialist Republic of Romania, Republic of Cuba and Socialistpublic of Vietnam joined the Bank.
