646 – Psychopathological, Pathopsychological Peculiarities and Psychotherapy Correction of Suicidal Tendentious on Hypochondric Disturbances Patients

The contemporary tendention is the increase of hypohondia disorder in Ukraine. We have examined 105 patients on hypochondric disorder in the clinical psychopathologic structure the depressive syndrome with suicidal behavior was identified in 46 (46%) patients. The pathopsychology examination has been provided. Depending of patients motivation trends 3 different types of suicidal behavior were defected.
The psychopathological- based on pathopsychological mechanism of depressive self-evaluation.
The situation conducted based on conflict psychogenic situation of person.
Combined - with interference of psychopathological and situation factors.
The based investigation resultates the pathogenic model of suicidal behavior on hypochondric patients was performed. The main mechanism of same behavior model is a severe asimmetry of balance of importance and availability of general exist value, which maintains a intrapersonal conflict situation. The multimodal psychocorrection model, based on suggestive, rational and cognitive-behavioral therapy was developed with high efficacy in practice application.
