We would like to correct an error that was printed in the above mentioned article:

p 821: The sentence should have read: ‘The initial assessment took place during the first year of life (between 2.5 and 12.5mo of age…’ and not ‘The initial assessment took place during the first year of life (between 2y 6mo and 12y 6mo of age…’
