If you have published an article in the Journal, you already have the right to reprint the contents (not the PDF) of that article in a work *of yours,* without asking for permission. (You were given that right in your publishing contract.)

If you have published an article in the Journal and someone else wishes to reprint the contents (not the PDF) of that article in a work *of theirs,* they need to get permission from Cambridge University Press, who manages permissions on behalf of the Journal.
