Extract

Description of the adult female. Dark brown in colour; 2.00 mm. long, 2.62 times as long as wide, allied to ponderosae Blackm.

Front of the head plano-convex below, closely, moderately finely punctured, coarser and sparsely on vertex, the interspaces between the punctures minutely reticulate; longitudinal carina moderately strongly developed and elevated, extending from the slightly arcuate epistomal margin up to a level of the upper angle of the eyes; indistinctly clothed with short yellow hairs.
