Summary

Thursday 2 June 1814

According to the Manks Advertiser of Saturday 4 June (p. 2), a convocation was held at St George's, Douglas, at which John Nelson, vicar of Jurby, was the preacher. Afterwards, the bishop entertained the clergy to lunch at castle Mona.

No records survive for convocations on these statutory dates, though the bishop is known to have been in the island at that time.
