Sunburn and its prevention

Abstract
The pleasure of a holiday in warmer and sunnier climates can be increased by ensuring graduated exposure to the sun. Suitable measures can avoid the inflammatory reaction of sunburn in the short term and also be of benefit to the individual in the long term.
