1 In Chapter 3, fn. 14 (p. 97) and in Table 3.2 (p. 98) the verb in line 3 of the motet is suspenditur, not suspenditor. It is correct in Example 3.5.

2 Typos which caught my eye in the bibliography (and hence when they appear in the text) include Doss-Quinby, Songs of the Women Trouvères (not Woman), p. 259; Max Haas (not Hass), p. 261; and Brown, ‘Livres’ (not Livers), p. 262. Though they are sometimes substantive, footnote citations of authors are not included in the book's index.
