Abstract

Inelastic incoherent neutron-scattering spectra of cis-, trans- and Na-doped polyacety-lene are presented. The experiments were performed with time-of-flight and filter-analyzer spectrometers on stretch-oriented samples such that the polarization of vibrational modes could also be determined.
