Abstract

Polymer-modified cements were prepared macro-defect free by adding poly(vinyl acetate) to the normal water/cement mixture. The resulting samples, that corresponded to different volume porosity, were subjected to capacitance measurements in the range 5 Hz to 13 Mhz.
