1 A good choice is Restaurante El Catedral, located in a small passage behind the cathedral. The food is nothing special, but of good quality and nicely priced. Service is quick and friendly. It is popular among bank employees, and people who work in the nearby ministries. For a quick meal in a simpler ambiance one should go to Las Vegas, some fifty metres northeast of the Plaza Bolívar. Friendly Galician owners. Good soups and chicken.
