Security Council Resolution 562 (1985) which, together with Security Council Resolution 530 (1983) at 23 I.L.M. 838 (1984) and General Assembly Resolution 39/4 at 24 I.L.M. 233 (1985), sets the framework of U.N. support for the Contadora process and the parameters for U.N. involvement in the situation in Central America.
