Security Council Resolution 705 (1991) deciding Iraqi compensation payment as a percentage of oil export value is reproduced at 30 I.L.M. 1715 (1991). Security Council Resolution 706 (1991) authorizing states to import oil from Iraq pursuant to certain conditions appears at 30 I.L.M. 1716 (1991). Security Council Resolution 712 (1991) regarding release of sum from escrow account to meet Iraqi humanitarian needs is reproduced at 30 I.L.M. 1730 (1991).]
