[The U.S.S.R. Decree on the Procedure for the Creation and Activities of Joint Enterprises, enacted January 13, 1987, and as amended March 17, 1988 and May 6, 1989, appears at 29 I.L.M. 262 (1990). The Regulations on Joint Stock Associations and Limited Liability Associations, approved June 19, 1990, appear at 30 I.L.M. 266 (1991).
