[Congressional approval was given to governing international fishery agreements negotiated between the United States and the European Economic Community, Japan (for 1977), Korea, and Spain by House Resolution 3753, which became Public Law 95-8 on March 3, 1977.

[As of April 5, 1977, the Agreement had not yet entered into force.

[The Fishery Conservation and Management Act of 1976, Public Law 94-265, appears at 15 I.L.M. 634 (1976). United States Regulations implementing this Act appear at I.L.M. pages 350-389. The limits of the fishery conservation zone appear at I.L.M. page 418.]
