[In accordance with Article 39, the member states deposited their instruments of ratification as follows: Bolivia deposited Supreme Decree 14358 (February 14, 1977) ori August 9, 1977; Colombia deposited Law 29 (November 14, 1977) on February 15, 1978; Ecuador deposited Decree 985 (December 14, 1976) on January 17, 1977; Peru deposited Decree Law 22145 (April 18, 1978) ari June 8, 1978; and Venezuela deposited Congressional Law of July 4, 1977 on February 20, 1978.

[The Cartagena Agreement appears at 8 I.L.M. 910 (1969). The Additional Instrument for the Adherence of Venezuela appears at 12 I.L.M. 344 (1973). The Lima Protocol extending time limits appears at 16 I.L.M. 235 (1977). The Protocol of Arequipa extending the deadlines even further has not yet been reproduced.
