General Relativistic Electrodynamics and Pulsar Theory

Abstract
Muslimov & Tsygan (1986, 1990, 1991, 1992) have shown how the dragging of inertial frames modifies the Goldreich-Julian charge density. The consequences are noted for different models of the electron outflow near the neutron star’s surface.
