1 Badly interpreted in that since the debate in July, it was clear to anyone who wanted to interpret them scientifically that the No vote would reach at least 47 to 48%.
2 It must not be forgotten that as there were 87,000 blank and spoiled ballot papers the Yes vote was only 49.1 % of those who voted.
