Extract

Uno de los síntomas cardinales de las psicosis esquizofrénicas son las alucinaciones. Los pacientes suelen comunicar alucinaciones auditivas, mientras que las táctiles se mencionan raras veces. Presentamos un caso en el que las alucinaciones táctiles acerca de otra persona delirante son un síntoma clínico prominente.
