Abstract

The sensory shift in law invites us to experience law differently by recognizing the centrality of all our senses in the study and practice of a vocation that calls upon us to search for sense. It aims to reverse the general anaesthesia that afflicts studies in law and in law and society: legality itself, namely the essence of law—the senses of law—is a sensorial and sensual question.
